We use USPS Priority Shipping for all orders. Orders over $75 Ships FREE.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.

Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING
It normally takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included. If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order, then we can ship it in one day.

SHIPPING

Ready to Ship items may take approximately 1-2 business days to reach destination. Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with tracking details will be sent to you.

Regular Standard Shipping items may take 3-5 Business Days (Depending on Location).

Express Shipping items take 1-2 Business Days (Depending on Location).

Pre-Order shipments may take approximately 10 to 15 business days to reach destination. Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with tracking details will be sent to you.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Shipping may take longer than normal because of Convid-19, we will do our best to ship your order earlier.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

MK Rochelle's d'Essentials Boutique, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact the USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported to USPS.
