STANDARD ORDER NOTICE

- Standard Orders (non-ready-to-ship items) with "Confirmed" status have been noted and are currently in progress. Once orders have been marked as "Confirmed", the orders cannot be canceled.

- All standard orders will be confirmed within 2 business days from the date of the order and shipped within 7 business days from the date of the order. Processing and shipping times does not include weekends and holidays.

- Standard Orders with "Shipped" status have been handed over to the respective shipping courier for delivery.

- Please ensure shipping address is correctly input on orders when checking out.
