Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for your interest in our exclusive products! We are excited to offer you the opportunity to pre-order these items before they become officially available. By pre-ordering, you can ensure that you will be one of the first to receive these highly coveted products.

Please note that pre-order items will be shipped on the estimated ship date stated in the product title and/or product description. We strive to provide accurate estimates, but please keep in mind that these dates are subject to change based on factors beyond our control.

To reserve your pre-order items, simply add them to your cart and check out as usual. Your payment method will not be charged until the item is shipped. If you have any questions or concerns about pre-ordering, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for choosing our products!

  • To start, all pre-order items will have the label "(Pre-Order)" in their product title. We do this to make it clear to our customers what they are purchasing.
  • If the product title or description includes an estimated ship date, then your pre-order item will ship on that specific date. However, if the estimated ship date is not provided, then your pre-order item will be shipped within our standard pre-order time frame of 14-17 business days.
  • If you purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, your in-stock items will not be shipped until your pre-order item is ready for shipping. We suggest placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items to ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items.

Please note that if you place an order with both in-stock and pre-order items, we cannot separate the order for faster delivery.
