Shipping
No, at this time we only ship within the United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- After placing an order, you will receive a product information confirmation e-mail;
- After the payment, you will receive a successful payment confirmation e-mail;
- After the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping information confirmation e-mail, contains tracking number, you can check the shipping state with the tracking my order link.
- Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
The total time it takes to receive your parcel is described as below:
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;
Processing time: within 3-8 business days.
The time it takes to prepare your items to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
Discover the convenience of ready-to-ship products for swift delivery. "Ready to ship" means that a product is physically available, packed, and ready to be delivered.
Most pre-Order items may take approximately 10 to 15 business days to reach their destination from our warehouse. Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with tracking details will be sent to you.
Standard Orders are (non-ready-to-ship items) with "Confirmed" status have been noted and are currently in progress. Once orders have been marked as "Confirmed", the orders cannot be canceled.
- All standard orders will be confirmed within 2 business days from the date of the order and shipped within 7 business days from the date of the order. Processing and shipping times does not include weekends and holidays.
- Standard Orders with "Shipped" status have been handed over to the respective shipping courier for delivery.
- Please ensure shipping address is correctly input on orders when checking out.

Returns
Please email within 7 business days from receiving your order at customersupport@mkrochelles.com. Please allow 5-10 business days to process pre-paid return postage and refund any returns. We strongly recommend that you use your local postal service to mail the package and save the tracking number receipt once shipped. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
Returned packages will only be eligible for a refund if they meet the following conditions:
- All returns packages must be returned with 30 days from date of receipt.
- All items must have the original tags attached.
- All items must be in good, unworn condition.
- All swimsuits, bodysuits, bags & accessories cannot not be returned.
- Any items purchased on Sale, Promo, or Discount codes CANNOT BE RETURNED
In the event you are unhappy with your order, we are able to provide hassle free full refunds to customers once the products are shipped back. Tips: Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that we have provided. Any return or exchange will be valid after accepted by our customer service center.
In the unfortunate case that one of our products arrives damaged or defective, we offer full refunds. We ask that you provide a photo of the product within 24 hours of package arrival so that we may work to process your refund request., if not within that time frame you will not receive a refund.
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us with 24 hours of receiving your package.
Pre-Order FAQ
A pre-order is when you place a order with our boutique on a newly released or restocked product that is not in stock yet in advance, you are guaranteeing yourself the product, regardless if it sells out upon arrival date.
The release date is when we expect to receive the styles in our shop, which may be subject to change depending on the quantity. Once a style is available, we will then ship your pre-order as a priority.
Please note our standard returns policy applies for all pre-orders, with our extended 15-day return period commencing on the day your order is dispatched from our boutique.
Many customers choose this option for multiple reasons, such as items selling out on release day, or low stock quantities. If you place a pre-order with MK Rochelle's Boutique, you will 100% receive your item, no matter what, so long as the manufacturer/distributor doesn't cancel the release.
We list the expected release date in the description. This is NOT the date we ship, this is the date the manufacturer/distributor will send the products to us. From there, please allow 2-3 business days for handling, and then the regular 3-5 days for shipping.
We are charged a 15% fee whenever we cancel a pre-order with our manufacturer. Thus this is the same fee we charge if you would like to cancel. When you place a pre-order with us, we automatically notify the manufacturer of your order, and they are not very keen on take backs. We ask that you do not place the order unless you are 100% certain you would like the products, and are alright with waiting for the order.
Please Note!!
*** The release date provided is just an estimate, it can occasionally be further delayed. I usually have a "due date" although with shipping and customs it can sometimes exceed the expected timeframes. I will let you know if it's going to be more than 2 weeks overdue.
*** While not likely, sometimes manufacturer post pone release dates. This can be due to quality control issues, licensing issues, shipping problems or any other number of reasons OUT of our control. When this happens, we will inform you as soon as we have been notified.
*** A Pre-order does NOT mean you will receive the item before Its official release date, It means we will ship It to you as soon as we receive It. We are reliant on the manufacturer/distributor to stick to their stated release date.
**** Because we are ordering only the items that our customers order, we are not able to offer refunds on pre-orders. Please be certain about your pre-order purchase before checking out.
